Maintain working knowledge of applicable gaming laws (federal, state and local) company policies and company internal controls (MICS).Conducts special studies to analyze complex financial actions and prepares recommendations for policy, procedure, control or action.Assists the organization's Chief Financial Officer in the development of the budget, planning, and other financial requirements.Provides any necessary financial analysis required by management.
Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls. Responsible for the creation of metrics and the preparation and review of performance measures for the organization, including gaming, marketing programs, departmental profit and loss analysis, payroll scheduling and analysis, and overall company profitability.
