When it came back, the outside was charred and burned, but the steak was done. I had to eat my dinner while he waited so mine wouldn't get cold. When the steak came, it was no more than medium rare!!. After waiting for 15 minutes, the waitress came back and said it would be a little while longer because we ordered well done. And this was at 6:30 at night! Service was slow-we had to ask twice for more water. The décor is great, music is good in this brand new restaurant, but we couldn't hear it over the sound of the vacuum on the other side of the restaurant. We both wanted an inexpensive steak-didn't want to spend the bucks at The Grill. Our first experience at the Café was on a Saturday evening.
The Winstar hotel was wonderful-great rooms. This review is strictly about the Terrace View Café.
